Our app is designed to warn customers to check their location, if location services are enabled. The pub’s name appears at the top of the screen for the duration of the ordering process.
For this reason, we reserve the right to refuse refunds on misplaced orders. In some instances, if the error is spotted immediately and the other pub is contacted before the drinks and/or food are prepared, the manager at that pub may offer a refund. However, that is at the discretion of the manager on duty at the pub where the order was mistakenly sent.
No, there is no additional charge.
No, there is no expectation at all. It is up to customers’ discretion, if they would like to give a tip, as it would be at the bar.
By ordering alcohol using the Wetherspoon app, you are agreeing that both you and the intended consumer are aged 18 or over. Proof of age may be required when the product is delivered.
Customers who are unable to provide valid ID on request will not receive, and will not be refunded for, the alcohol ordered.
We accept the following payment methods: debit and credit cards; American Express; JCB; PayPal; Google Pay; Apple Pay.
The app is unable to accept payments using Wetherspoon gift cards, CAMRA vouchers or Wetherspoon discount vouchers.

All of the clubs and deals on printed menus are available on the app.
If a meal or drink is being offered as a manager’s special, this will not be available on the app.
The app may be used for ordering drinks or food – or both in the same transaction. You can also use it to book hotel rooms.

Please speak to a management team member who can deal with your issue. If necessary, he/she will process the refund on the till. If you believe that your refund has not been properly processed in the pub, please complete this contact form
Occasionally, orders are not successfully processed, and a repeat order is placed by the customer. If the charge is processed for the failed order, this should be refunded automatically. Refunds can take up to 10 days to appear in your bank account. The timeframe can vary, depending on the customer’s bank.
A receipt for each order will be sent to the e-mail address which you have associated with the app. If you have paid with PayPal, you will also receive a PayPal receipt.
When you select the dish, a pop-up menu will prompt you to choose a drink from our ‘Includes a drink’ meal-deal range. If this pop-up does not appear or you have already added your drink to the basket, you will still receive the deal price.
There is a search bar at the top of each menu. If you click on this, you will be able to search the whole menu for your item, using your keyboard or microphone.
We capture and securely store the following data for each customer: first name; last name; e-mail address. This information is used to provide an electronic receipt. It is not used for marketing purposes or shared/sold to third parties.
