What benefits do employees receive?

What percentage of your staff is paid the national living wage?

All employees over the age of 18 are paid more than the national living wage (which applies to employees over 25). Additionally, unlike several companies, we pay bonuses and give free shares on top.

What are your views on minimum guaranteed-hours/zero-hour contracts?

Around 95% of our employees are on a guaranteed-hours contract. Those who aren’t have chosen not to be.
