If you have booked and paid in advance to stay with us, yet the hotel has had to close and you would like a refund or to reschedule your stay, please note that you can complete a ‘contact us' form here and we will contact you within 14 days of the receipt of your request. If you have booked via booking.com please cancel via the online portal.
Guests will be able to book a room for dates after Monday 22 February.
Some reservation types can be cancelled without charge, before noon on the day of arrival. Other rates are fixed and non-refundable.
