The Crosse Keys, in The City of London, will be on live TV after featuring in a national advertising campaign by Greene King.
The pub, managed by Robbie and Caroline Douglas, features in the Greene King IPA advertising campaign called ‘To The Pub’ – which has enjoyed over 26 million views on television, as well as online.
Karl Fowler, Trade Marketing Manager at Greene King, said: “We handed control of GoPro cameras to pubs to capture for themselves their real-ale moments, without any actors – in celebration of how a great pint in a great pub helps bring people together.
The Crosse Keys was nominated and was one of the best which we have received.”
The 30 second advert can be seen live on ITV2 this evening (20/04/2016) during Family Guy, and tomorrow during ‘Elevenish’.
The advert tells the story of Georgia and Martin (pictured) who meet for a ‘blind date’ at the pub.
Pub manager Robbie Douglas said: “We were only too pleased to get involved and thrilled that our pub was one of those featured on live TV.”
