Our ever-popular eggs Benedict and more recent breakfast addition mushroom Benedict are both now available in a NEW smaller, half-size portion.
Enjoy all of the great ingredients of our two fabulous breakfast options, with our perfectly formed mini classics, providing a lighter choice with lower Calories.
Our classic eggs Benedict uses Wiltshire cured ham, topped with a poached egg and Hollandaise sauce, all on half a toasted English muffin, served with rocket.
Our vegetarian twist on a classic is our mushroom Benedict, using a flat mushroom variety (instead of the ham).
It comes with the same topping of a poached egg, all on a toasted English muffin half, served with Hollandaise sauce and rocket.
Another great new breakfast dish is our NEW smashed avocado muffin, an English toasted muffin topped with smashed ripe Hass avocado and our pico de gallo, made with chopped tomato, red onion and coriander.
Pico de gallo is a raw salsa known as a salsa fresca (in Spanish), or ‘fresh salsa’, found on every Mexican table. It is used as a topping for just about everything in Mexican cuisine and literally translates as ‘rooster’s beak’, although no roosters were harmed in the making of our pico de gallo!
Avocado is the perfect summer ‘superfood’, with only 86 kcal per half; low in saturated fats, sugar and sodium, it contains over 20 vitamins and minerals.
For just a little bit more, why not add some maple-cured bacon or a poached egg or even some grilled halloumi, to complement the great-tasting new breakfast dish.
A smaller, healthier breakfast meal, it is (without the add-ons) both a vegetarian and vegan option. If heat is your thing, why not spice it up with our Cholula hot sauce, from the condiments table?
